The project at 72-C, Karachi, presented the opportunity to design a contemporary mid-rise building with a height of 100 yards. Our focus was on creating a structure that balances functional efficiency with a strong architectural presence, reflecting the urban character of Karachi while maintaining a modern aesthetic.

Every aspect of the design—from facade treatment to interior planning—was carefully considered to optimize space usage, natural light, and circulation. Material choices and finishes were selected to convey sophistication and durability, ensuring that the building is both visually appealing and practical for long-term use.

The result is a mid-rise structure that stands confidently within the cityscape, offering a harmonious blend of design elegance and functional performance, in line with the vision of a contemporary Karachi development.
