The 13-C project in the heart of DUA, Karachi, is a luxury apartment building nearing completion, envisioned in collaboration with Hasan Mustafa. With a site spanning 200 yards, the development accumulates to approximately 1800 sq. ft. × 4 of residential space, translating to about 1650 sq. ft. × 4 of carpeted or sellable area.

Our design approach focused on maximizing natural light, spatial efficiency, and premium finishes to ensure each apartment delivers both elegance and functionality. From the exterior facade to interior layouts, every element was carefully curated to reflect luxury living while catering to the practical needs of modern urban residents.

The outcome is a sophisticated residential project that harmoniously blends scale, comfort, and high-end detailing, positioning it as a standout development within DUA’s upscale urban landscape.
